Have you received the wrong product? The product that you have received is not the same as that which appears in the photo?
Please bear in mind that the packaging, format or colour of products may sometimes change. This may be your case if the product you have received matches the brand and product name.
Access with your email and password. At the top right, click your name and, from the drop-down menu, select My Purchases.
Once in the detail of the order, under each product appears the option: "Return this product" >> "Return"
Select the number of units to return, then click on Request button
Select the reason for the return, add a comment
Review the total items selected to return/replace
Confirm the return.
Please remember that you have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know about any issue.
When the pharmacy receives the return, we will process the refund for the amount using the same payment method you used to make the purchase within a period of 3 to 7 working days, or we will send you the correct order in 24-48 hours.
