Does the order that you have received not contain products that you ordered?
If part of your order has not arrived, it may be because your order is made up of several shipments and some more have yet to reach you. Check the status of your shipments yourself by logging into your account, in My Purchases through the Website or the app.
If all the products are displayed as “delivered”, we are really sorry because it means that we have made an error when handling your shipping:

If is an international delivery, a new button CONTACT will appear in order to contact with us to continue the return procedure.
Once we have received your request, we will reply with the instructions to follow to formalize the operation.
On this request, you have to attach some photos that show the incorrect products and the carrier label.
Please bear in mind that you have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to claim the return. A courier will come to collect the product in 24–48 hours from the address indicated. It is important that the product is in perfect condition, without having been tampered with or unsealed.
When the pharmacy receives the return, we will process the refund for the amount using the same payment method you used to make the purchase within a period of 3 to 7 working days. Or we will send you the correct order in 24–48 hours.
