In the case of a partial return or cancellation, you will receive the Health points for the products you finally received.
In the case of a total return or cancellation, the points earned on the returned or cancelled purchase will be cancelled. If you have redeemed Health points for a discount on your cancelled or returned order, you will have the redeemed Health points back within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours.
Example:
A web purchase is made with a €50 value, consisting of two products: product (A) with a €30 value and product (B) with a €20 value.
1000 Health points are redeemed, equivalent to a €10 discount.
A total of €40 (€50 - €10 points discount) + shipping costs if applicable.
In the event of a full refund or cancellation, the 1000 points redeemed for the purchase will be refunded and the points earned will be cancelled.
In case of partial return or cancellation. For example, return of product (A), it will not be possible to refund the points redeemed and the points earned for the product (A) will be cancelled.
