Would you like to change your address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the purchase has been confirmed. This is because the order is in the process of being prepared and any change in the address could delay delivery or even cause the package to be lost.
If your delivery address only has a small error (zip code, apartment number, etc.), please let us know via chat or by filling out the form, below, and if we are in time we will notify the carrier of the information to be corrected. We also invite you to contact the carrier and notify them of the correction to be made.
Some carriers will attempt to contact you via email to offer you the option to correct the address.
