Tiers are calculated by adding the points earned from your purchases during the last 12 months. If, after 12 months, you have fewer points than you need to be in your tier, you will be downgraded. Make sure you always keep the number of points you need to stay in your tier! If the number of points drops, you will lose your tier.
For example, you are at tier 2 and have earned 355 Health points, but your first purchases were made 12 months ago, and you have not made any other purchases since then. 12 months after your first purchase, your points from that purchase will expire, and you will drop to tier 1.
