How long can I keep my tier?

Tiers are calculated by adding the points earned from your purchases during the last 12 months. If, after 12 months, you have fewer points than you need to be in your tier, you will be downgraded. But don't worry, we will let you know via email, so you can make a new purchase and keep your benefits. Remember to make sure your subscription is active in your user profile by clicking here.
